Grandchild Joseph Dowling (1939-) says, "My grandmother Mary(ann) Mulaney might have been a little older than Bart but her dates are even more mythical. She came to the US early in the 20th century from Cork or Kerry? with her brother Arthur. I don't remember much about him other than that he was a big gregarious fellow who owned a bar in or around Newark NJ. He was married to a woman I called Aunt Bea. I don't remember her but remember seeing her once in a great mink? coat. They seemed to be a funloving couple; they had no children that I know of."
